How it Works

1. Register 

2. Input contacts & designate emergency contacts and messages

3. Order & receive ID card in the mail

4. Upon a customer’s passing initial responders activate the ID code found on their ID code card.

5. Customer’s emergency contacts verify the passing

6. Messages are sent to their corresponding contacts via email & text message.

7. Contacts are notified of the passing and the customer’s GoodbyeBook account & service is automatically canceled & all contacts and messages are deleted.
